Reverend Anderson was referred to Diane by his
neighbor. Diane and the team serviced them a few years ago. Reverend
Anderson was relocating to Chicago and needed to sell his home quickly
and needed as much money as possible.
Diane
staged his home and gave him a list of items that needed to be addressed
before he put his home on the market. Diane placed a sign on the lawn
for 2 weeks prior to allowing the first showing on the home, placed it
on the Internet and advertised the home. All the pre-emptive marketing
techniques worked like a charm. On the first day of showings, 10
families previewed the home and there were 3 offers.
Reverend was ecstatic and referred Diane to a friend before he
left town to fulfill his referral promise to Diane and the team.
Reverend
is now enjoying his new position and promised to continue referring
Diane and the team at least 1 person a year all the way from Chicago!!
