What Home Finder does is provide you with custom tailored information on any or all homes for sale in specific areas that YOU select.

"So, how does Home Finder work?"

You tell the Home Finder computer about the type of home you want, and the type of loan you wish to use to purchase your new home. The Home Finder computer will then research all the homes for sale by all the real estate companies looking for the homes that meet your requirements. The Home Finder system will also shop 285 different lenders to get you the home loan you want.
After your home loan is pre-approved you will receive fresh, updated information about homes as often as you like: daily, weekly, or monthly. Moreover, you decide how you would like our computers to send you your updates: by mail, by fax, or by e-mail.
As you receive the information about all of the homes that match your needs, you can study the information, check out the photos of the homes, and using the attached maps you can drive by the properties on your own.
When you find homes that you want to see inside, a member of The Home Finder team can make arrangements for you to see that home at your convenience, and WITHOUT THE LISTING AGENT PRESENT to ask you annoying questions.
