There are just three requirements:
1. To qualify, your property must be a single family home or
a townhouse, not a condominium.
2. To qualify, your property must be priced within 5% of the
last five comparable sales in your neighborhood.
3. You must be willing to make the necessary repairs to your
property, prior to the marketing period, to put it in a condition that will
warrant the market price.
