Most Realtors do business as if they will never see or hear from those clients again!  Because they have that mindset, oftentimes customer service slips or discrepancies appear... they just want to get that deal done and move on to the next one.  They never build trust with that client and they are typically afraid of "losing them" to another Realtor so they "have to get the deal done fast, regardless of the consequences". 

Our way of doing business is to think of our relationship with a client as a long-term association... not for just one transaction.  Our team works hard to prove ourselves to our clientele...that we have their best interests in mind... and they in turn give us their loyalty. Because of this different mindset on both sides, the pressure is off!  We are willing to work with our vendors and purchasers for as long as they need to in order to make them feel comfortable with the home buying or selling process.

We tell the truth and live with the consequences.  Again and again we've found that people prefer to work this way.  Our concern is about our clients' well being, their goals and what is best for them always!  We never pressure someone to sell now or buy now or to do anything that is NOT according to his or her schedule... it MUST be what's best for our client!  And if you think about it, that's why we get so much referral business...it comes full circle!

A very high percentage of our business comes to us by way of referral... friends, past clients, friends of past clients and even other Realtors from across America. Because these people have dealt with us in the past, and have seen first-hand the high level of service and commitment we provide to our clients, there is a very high level of trust.  That means:  trust in our integrity, in our level of skill and market knowledge to do the best job possible and in our commitment to put the needs and requirements of our clients first!

Our team now bases our business on a By Referral Only basis.  This means that if we provide our clients with the high level of service that they deserve and require, we expect that our clients will refer their friends and acquaintances to us.  After all, IF it's in the best interest of those new buyers and sellers to have us be their real estate consultants and advisors for life too, why wouldn't they refer us?
